Beach Views is fully furnished and equipped.

Lounge room - 55" Digital TV, Stereo with DVD player CD - MP3 - USB.
The glass-top coffee table has a drawer holding our beachcombing treasures - you're welcome to add your special finds, especially if you're not able to take them home with you.

A charming wood heater adds a cosy note on a cold evening (wood provided in colder months) and there are electric heaters for convenience.

Keeping the house cool is easy and "green" - using no power - just adjust the curtains, blinds and window openings to control the amount of sun (and heat) and breeze coming in.

There's a telescope on a tripod for stargazing, or wave-watching. You might see a whale!

The glass-top dining table seats 6, and the breakfast bar has seating for 4.

Kitchen - includes, gas stove with rangehood, and electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster oven, coffer percolator, breadmaker, blender, food-processor, mixer, toaster & kettle.
Cutlery and crockery are included.

A fabulous covered patio houses an outdoor dining setting and a four-burner gas BBQ for outdoor cooking.

All beds come with blankets, quilts and pillows. Each bedroom has a walk-in-robe for stowing your clothes, and an electric heater. The main bedroom has en-suite.

Laundry - front-loader washing machine, dryer, clothes airer, pegs, iron and ironing board.

There are books on the shelves, and board games stowed in a drawer in the foyer sideboard, for those rainy days or just chilling-out days.

The house is on tank water only - the kitchen drinking water is filtered.
