Rates for one person or a couple:

$155 per night, minimum 2 nights

Rates for an extra person, or two singles sharing a room, or a couple:

$50 extra per night.

The house is set up for three couples,
but can be set up for one couple plus four singles, two singles per room,
or two couples, plus two singles sharing a room.

Weekly rates are available:

$840 per week, June - Aug

$1000 per week, Sept - May

Extra weekly rates for an extra person, or two singles sharing a room, or a couple:

$200 extra per week.

Other rates negotiable for long stays (more than a month).

Payment methods accepted are Paypal or Direct Deposit into the Beachviews account.
All accommodation bookings must be paid for in advance.
